(horse back riders in the town square parade)

The 4th weekend was a fun one. Celebration of our nation's birthday, but also, my sister's birthday and lots of other great times. Small town parade, the lake, firework show. . .

(a childrens' parade of our own)

(we found water to cool in the 100 degree heat. WOOT!)

(Freedom comes with a great price and we are very GRATEFUL for the freedom we have)

How blessed your children are they can spend time with their cousins ~ forming those friendships! They all look to be having so much fun together. Love your sharing!

Love all the kiddos faces! Brighton's cute little two-year-old smile is just too...cute. Although we're cool enough out here in NC, we've had some real hot ones lately, but having a in-ground pool in the backyard helps! Can't imagine what it would be like without it. Stay cool!
